I höst åker jag till New York med ett gäng duktiga kreatörer, marknads- och reklamfolk från DN-juryn. Bland annat den här tjejen som nu finns i Skåne och som fick pris i ”Emerging talent award” som går till kreatörer under 30. Och i jury-utlåtandet skrev de bland annat de här fina orden.
Before you call Janna and Ida to make them an offer to move to London or New York, ask yourself this: Do you want to hire them because you want them shine, or do you want to hire them because you want to shine? If your intent is true, everyone will shine, including you.
